The cut off point for the posting of advance sales tickets will be Monday 15 September 2008. After that day, customers may continue to purchase tickets at the advanced discounted price until Tuesday 23 September 2008 and these tickets will be available to collect at the ticket collection office which is situated at the main public entrance tent, which the public will pass through after having parked their cars. Customers will be charged an administration fee of £1 to pre-book their tickets and collect them at the gate. Ticket collection hours on the gate will be 07.30 to 15.30 daily Thursday 25 September to Sunday 28 September inclusive.
From Wednesday 24 September onwards, all tickets can only be purchased at the full ticket price from the main public entrance tent at the gate.
Group bookings made in advance for over 20 tickets should be made directly through the promoter, International Sports Management, on 01565 832 100.
Further Useful Information
All car parking is free. Jaguar is the official courtesy car of the Quinn Insurance British Masters and, as such, there will be a dedicated car park for Jaguar cars only to park within the public car park; this area will be clearly signposted on arrival at the public car park.
Approximate hours of play will be:
- 07.30 – 19.30 Thursday and Friday
- 07.30 – 18.00 (1 tee start) Saturday and Sunday
Disabled car parking is available at the venue and tournament disabled car parking passes will be sent on request. In addition to the tournament disabled car parking pass, it is required that the ticket purchaser’s official disabled badge is also clearly displayed on the vehicle at all times.
